The breakfast menu was kind of blant, but I like the service speed from the housekeeping team, when I requested for something, the delivered it so quick. Room is also beautiful. Definitely will consider coming back to grand mirage.

A very child-friendly hotel, complete children's play facilities. First check in, quite disappointed to find the old room that had not been renovated, finally paid for an upgrade to a room that had been renovated, the new room was great! For the breakfast menu for 3 days, there are very few menu changes & the orientation doesn't suit the taste of a local person like me. The staff at the restaurant are also very indifferent to local guests, which is different when serving foreign guests. Personally, there are many other better hotels, but my child really likes the facilities at this hotel. Please pay attention to the shortcomings. :)

Wonderful hotel! The have 4 different pools and private beach. They offer a lot of kids and adult activities for free so if you decided to just spend your day at the hotel, you won't be bored at all!

As a family staycation trip we had an overall great experience. As a family staycation focusing on going out to do things with the kids this can be a great choice. Plus points of the hotel are the location, directly off the beach, and the many activities and facilities they have for kids. The kids activities are different everyday and really can take up a full day with the first activity starting at 9am and ending at 4 or 5 pm. The facilities were also top-notch, beach toys the kids could use, kids pool with slide, in-door playground and trampoline, a game room with PS4 and PS5 and a small waterpark next to the kids club. The downsides are the in-house pricing for food and beverages, no 2 way around it, incredibly expensive. Which is disappointing because you end up paying a very high price for food of mediocre quality. The same goes for the breakfast. There was a healthy amount of options during the breakfast, although we ended sticking mostly to the egg station as the rest failed to meet expectations. The resort hotel is a pretty old building and hallways are quite dark. The hotel rooms were comfortable, the bed certainly provided a good nights sleep. Though the rooms were certainly in need of some upgrades, most notably the TV 's, having 2 connecting rooms somehow each room (same room type) had a different TV. 1 a smaller flat screen LG and the other an older Sharp led TV. Not a big problem, just strange to see in a hotel, bigger problem was that the current TV 's do not cover the drilling holes of what I assume to be the mounting brackets of previous line of TV 's.

Marvelous experience during my family vacation. Good food, great swimming pool and friendly staff.

The hotel is really big, I stayed in the old Thalasso building, breakfast had lots of choices, very close to the beach, suitable if you bring small children, but for the bathroom facilities there is no hand shower, and the lights are too dim in the room so sometimes there are flying animals because back of the room directly to the garden. But the rest I am satisfied, the children are also very happy. There is a possibility that I will repeat the order especially if I can get a discount hehehe.

Room cleanliness is ok, according to standards, hotel staff is ok. What disappointed and disgusted me was that the cooked breakfast was not cooked. Uncooked fried chicken. High season is ok, but standards must still be maintained.

Hotel menyediakan banyak sekali aktivitas untuk keluarga: meja pingpong, billiard, tempat bermain anak toddler, play stations, sewa sepeda gratis, kolam renang anak dan dewasa, akses ke pantai. Kamar bersih, staf ramah, sungguh liburan yang menyenangkan.

Our kids loves it and hopefully we will be able to back again and stay longer 💗

Great place to stay with family with playground, waterpark.

Hotel ini sangat menyenangkan untuk keluarga besar. Kami menginap semalam saja di kamar 4448,4449,4450. Kondisi kamar sangat bagus menurut standar kami, hanya saja ada kebocoran AC di kamar 4450, semoga bisa diperbaiki ke depannya, supaya tidak menetes air ke lantai. Request kami diperhatikan, kamar connecting, lantai atas dan extra bed terlaksana dengan baik. Anak-anak bermain dengan puas, hanya saja karena terburu-terburu pulang, kami tidak sempat menikmati watersport nya. Untuk makanan sangat bervariasi, sayangnya kurang bersahabat untuk tamu lokal seperti kami. Pelayanan di restoran memuaskan terutama oleh kak Wida yang melayani kami dengan sabar. Ibu mertua saya bingung mencari nasi dan sayur, semoga jadi pertimbangan pihak hotel agar menambah variasi masakan lokal indonesia, misal: gado-gado, pecel, soto, atau kupat sayur. Overall, kami sangat menikmati pengalaman menginap di hotel dan resort ini.

Saya mulai menginap tgl 1 mei. Pada tgl 2 mei pagi sekitar pukul 10 pagi saya dan keluarga berenang, petugas kebersihan tanpa diperintahkan saya dan tanpa saya menggantung tulisan untuk dibersihkan, mereka seenaknya masuk ke kamar saya. Saat itu karena saya mau ke pantai dan kolam renang, tas, dompet, hp anak-anak dan suami ada di dalam kamar. Ketika saya selesai saya masuk kamar dalam kondisi rapih dan lantai masih basah habis dipel. Pada saat dibuka ternyata dompet suami isinya sudah tidak rapih, ada lembaran uang yang tertarik keluar. Ketika saya sampaikan hal ini, esok harinya tgl 3 mei (setelah saya check out) saya dihubungi hanya via chat WA oleh manajer fo bernama Yudi yang menjanjikan akan menindak lanjuti dan menyelidiki. Setelah itu saya telpon dan jawaban beliau bahwa SOP di hotel mereka apabila tidak menggantung tulisan tidak mau diganggu maka petugas kebersihan akan mengetuk pintu 3x jika tidak ada jawaban maka petugas akan membuka pintu dan masuk. Padahal di kamar tertulis selama masa pandemi apabila tidak ada permintaan dari tamu maka petugas tidak akan membersihkan kamar. Tapi kenyataan berbeda. Dan konyolnya sang manajer bilang bahwa kalau benar petugas kebersihan mengambil uang maka akan mudah diketahui karena sebelum dan sesudah kerja seluruh karyawan akan dicek uangnya, kl berkurang kl bertambah akan ditanya dapat tips dari tamu kamar nomor berapa. Sungguh aneh. Tetapi kenyataannya sampai sekarang tgl 8 mei tidak ada sama sekali kabar tindak lanjut dari pihak hotel mengenai masalah yang saya alami. Sungguh mengecewakan, pihak hotel benar-benar terkesan tidak mau disalahkan dan tidak mau mengakui kesalahannya. Untuk parkir juga tidak memadai, kami disuruh parkir di seberang padahal kami sudah bilang esok pagi kami mau check out subuh (kami meminta parkir di depan lobby), dan benar saja tamu-tamu berikutnya boleh parkir di depan lobby, dan esok subuh ketika suami mau mengambil mobil, tempat parkir masih ditutup dengan tali yang diikat dan tidak ada satpam sama sekali, sehingga suami saya harus berusaha untuk memutuskan talinya sendirian yang cukup memakan waktu.

The room was quite old. But the pool, the kids club, the facility and all the staff are aweaome. We can spent a whole day at grand mirage and did lots of activities. Kids were very happy. Surely next time will come again and will try family paradise.

The rooms are too far away, so if you order a go-jek, take it too far, you have to go to security early and you can't leave the lobby. I don't recommend it, it's better to find another hotel with the same price.

Good hotel, okay service, I'm just not satisfied at breakfast where a lot of people go in and out and don't use vouchers while for staying breakfast vouchers only get 2 but in fact until 6 or more they can enter freely without any officers and those who have breakfast over 9.30 have food it's finished. Parking is also actually more organized to be neat and can fit a lot in which the management immediately follows up.

We got a room at 1130. The ground floor directly faces the sea. Humid room. The sheets and bed cover felt damp and the bed made a sound every time we moved. Please pay attention to Grand Mirage so that it will be better in the future. My husband and I are itchy. When it comes to children's activities, they are champions.
