From the beginning of check-in until check out, the staff were friendly, thank God we got a connecting room as requested, the room was quite spacious, then we could check out late and most importantly the access to Sumarecon Mall was really great...
Too bad we only stayed one night yesterday...
It could be a recommendation to stay if we go to Bekasi again 💜

Really happy with Harris Hotel this time. The hotel soundproof is not as good but still highly recommended, specifically on the friendliness and the breakfast choices. Awesome!

The hotel is strategically located because it is in the same place as the Summarecon Bekasi Mall and close to the Al Azhar Summarecon Grand Mosque. The only drawback is the parking lot, which is one with the mall parking lot, so it's a bit difficult if you bring your own car and there is no valet provided by the hotel.

It's my third time staying here and I loved it! The highlight of this stay is the towels are super clean. The room? Spacious as always. The receptionist was super friendly as well. Overall, it's really good!
