Stunning view and many beautiful photo spots plus historical. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. Suggestion, can be added trash bins so that visitors can throw trash in the right place.

Long check-in time, still waiting for almost 45 minutes, 3 o'clock check-in, only ready at 03.45 And when I wanted to take a shower the towel was not ready, delivered after 5 o'clock, The view at the hotel is very good, for taking pictures and spending time with family, the atmosphere at night is beautiful, the scenery of Purwakarta nature looks very beautiful. The breakfast menu is quite delicious, The swimming pools are many and quite clean, the children's pool is perfect for children, The room is clean, the AC is cold, the water is warm, if only there was a bathtub.

A Piece of Heaven in Purwakarta♥️ This is Real, the view is really great, there are lots of child-friendly pools, don't ask about photo spots, every corner of the hotel is very pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly, the hotel is like home, very comfortable. The food is quite delicious, for dinner I happened to look outside, because it was not far from the main road, about 2 km, and there were lots of delicious Maranggi satay there.

get free room upgrade from the hotel when check in. Paid parking 5 thousand, spacious, there is a swimming pool for children & adults. The restaurant is open until half past 10 at night, the food is varied & delicious. Breakfast is also the same, delicious & quite varied. The view from the room & other spots in the hotel is good & pleasant to look at while drinking coffee.

Wow, this place is a must visit. I will definitely come back if I am in the area. The view is really amazing. It's cool, there is a swimming pool with a view of the mountains. The breakfast needs to be increased. Wow, it's really cool. The rooms are also clean, the service is also fast.

For the room that does not match my order in the application, it should be an upper room but instead I was given a lower room. Please adjust this in the future and for the receptionist staff at Gaush, who mostly ask this and that, they should be served immediately because the customer is king. Thank you.

No need to go far to find a comfortable hotel with a beautiful view without being stuck in traffic, this is the place, rooms: nice, clean, view around the hotel: beautiful, adult pool: clean, only the children's pool next to the adult pool: there are dirty foams, food: delicious, food variations: sufficient, service at the restaurant: good, the road to the hotel is a bit small so if there are people going the opposite direction, they can take turns but the road is smooth asphalt. Suggestion for hotel management to make an SOP if there are hotel guests who are staying for the first time, it is better to be escorted to the room, so that guests are not confused looking for a room because here the location of the room is not like hotels in the city in general which are easy to find, just ask which floor and then look for which room number, I got room 404 and it was not on the 4th floor. The others are good, thank you

The road access is very convenient. Service: very friendly. Food: delicious and not too expensive, at most add other menu variants. Bathroom & room: clean, tidy, comfortable. Facilities: extraordinary, lots of nice open areas, swimming pools and lots of photo spots.

Welcome drinks and live music at the poolside restaurant can be added to add value to this hotel. The location where you enter is a bit difficult to find food, but at the hotel there is a restaurant with food and drinks at affordable prices and the taste is quite good so you don't need to be afraid of going hungry 😁. The view is really good, especially the view from the swimming pool is really beautiful. The rooms are also comfortable with warm water on. OK 😉

The view was amazing during sunrise/sunset. The room feel stuffy when first entering (it will be better to provide welcome drink while check in and make the room fresh first before the guest entering their rooms). Dissapointed breakfast. Parking free parking, not expected to pay for the parking.
