Overall, the hotel is satisfactory because it is clean, has good service and a strategic location. However, please replace the TV with a newer model, because the TV is still an old model, and cannot be used to watch videos from a flash drive that I have prepared for the children.

At the beginning of check in, I had to wait until around 2.30 because they said the room wasn't ready, but once I entered the room, my annoyance immediately disappeared because the room was spacious, comfortable & clean. It rained all day so I ended up staying in the room comfortably. The hotel staff are all friendly, ordered room service and the food was delicious, the service was relatively fast. Just one suggestion, if the TV could be upgraded to a Smart TV it would make it even more comfortable. When I wanted to check out, the car wouldn't start, the security immediately called Mr. Heri who quickly helped jump the car until it finally worked properly. Thank you Mr. Heri & all the hotel staff. Will surely recommend this hotel for those who want to go to the new Solo area 👍👍
