It's quite good to stay here, the price is less than 400 and you can get a family room. But the room is not clean, there's a lot of dust. And I found a big cockroach in the room😔

Check in early, but get a room, gosh, it feels like I'm in a budget guesthouse, lol. Maybe the room for guests who make reservations via the application has been determined, because previously I have stayed here several times without the application and always got a room that was okay in terms of cleanliness, okay in terms of room size, okay in terms of room facilities.

Book for non-smoking room. But they give smoker room which the smell of tobacco are too strong. The bathroom too shitty for the cleanliness. Towel are yellow stained and tore at some area. Some area too dust. Overall. Should give minus 10 of rate.

Strategic location, OK Wifi and lots of places to eat around it, breakfast is delicious and quite complete, what can be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms & towels, the TV is too cute, the AC is not too cold but it's enough. Unfortunately the sound of birds in the middle of the night disturbs sleep, I hope to come back here again tomorrow I am better.

The hotel is good, for that price they already provide a varied breakfast, it's worth it, but for the room service, please improve it again, I stayed for 3 nights, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to clean the room every day unless called to clean it, even then they came late, and new towels were not provided, the tissues were also not added or replaced, after being asked to come, it took a long time, but after being called 2-3 times, they finally came.
