Very pleasant stay overall, the security staff deserved recognition as they are super friendly and helpful compared to the Front Desk staff who lacks of"friendly"smile. Room was spacious, though mine had no view. Bed was comfortable, but the bed linen or sheet or duvet they used was torn at the edge of the bed. Shower gel and shampoo container is not properly working. A bit of improvement and friendly front desk staff would be great!

Location was pretty isolated, room was dark and gloomy, Room carpet was reeking of damp smell, Toilets was with grouting not cleaned for ages. It was totally not a place to stay, a mistake I made. I could not stay in the room for more than an hour so I immediately left the hotel which was paid for the night.

(+) Penawaran sarapan di kamar meski mereka menyediakan breakfast buffet. Lokasi yang super premium, strategis banget.(-) Air panas yang nyaris tidak panas. Kami menuju ruangan kami sendiri, mungkin krn check in skitar pkl. 22.30 dan mereka memiliki staff terbatas. Penampilan hotel cukup menjanjikan, tapi ini memang bangunan lama sehingga bbrp tampilan fisik secara detail sudah tidak sempurna (misal: retak pada kloset duduk sehingga saat digunakan jadi menjepit kulit. Wallpaper yg mengelupas di bbrp bagian, dll.)😅 Shampoo di kamar mandi tidak berbusa😁 Semoga hal-hal kecil (tapi lumayan penting untuk kenyamanan) spt ini bisa diperbaiki sehingga propertinya bisa dijadikan pilihan utama. Thank you anyway.

Hotel lama. Kamar cukup, ga sempit, although room wear and tear. Ada bathtub dengan harga segini. Minusnya setelah hari ke4 nginep tiba² ada jamur kecil tumbuh di wadah kayu di kamar mandi. Tapi pelayanannya OK banget. Sigap. Overall, nyaman.
