"The friendliness of the hotel staff is very good & professional. The hotel atmosphere is also comfortable & pleasant. What is lacking is the greeting card in the room I booked is not my name and confusion when turning off the lights directly above my head when going to bed. The rest is very good. The hotel is unique, has a different sense & style according to its name. Nila infinity pool on the rooftop of the 16th floor is ready. I will come back again for a staycation at Indigo Hotel Bandung." 😊👍

The hotel staff were friendly and willing to help celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were still paid facilities for children in the kids club. In other hotels, everything is free and you don't need to pay anymore.

the room size is smaller than the intercontinental dago pakar hotel that i have ever stayed in. at the gaia hotel bandung there is a special lounge for those who stay and the food is better.

We stayed for 2 nights first night all good but the second one was a nightmare for us, they kept renovating until 12am in the middleof the night
