Parking lot was quite full, limited parking lot. You have to put your car key at reception. Overall staying experience was quite good.

The building and rate is moderate, yet the service and the crew is superb. Sending tripod from hometown to this hotel, they immediately delivered it to our room, borrowing bowl from restaurant was easy. I really appreciate it. Suggestions for improvement is the breakfast. If the hotel could provide more dishes for protein in the buffet.

This accommodation has a clean room, with very comfort bed and pillow. Although the location very near by the intersection, but I don't feel the noise. Good job Hotel Neo!

The room was very noisy, voice from another room was disturbing. So we can not sleep tight. Maybe it happen because of the wall not good enough. And I already wrote special request in app, to get quite room but I didn't get the right thing.
