There is not much to discuss, what is clear is that with the listed price this accommodation cannot be said to be worthy of being an option, there are still many accommodations that are much better than this. The room was damp for some reason (maybe leaking) and smelled fishy, the water did not flow, the drain was clogged, the TV and wifi were just for display. I was forced to give up my money for a two-night booking. Thankss

Not recommended unless under 50 thousand according to the price. Atmosphere/Facilities: uncomfortable atmosphere, no ceiling and leaking room and wet floor, hard to lock door, no towels, dead TV, full of ants on the bed. Food: do not order breakfast. Staff Assistance: quite good. Highlights: no ceiling and leaking room and wet floor, hard to lock door, no towels, dead TV, full of ants on the bed. Price: expensive for its class. Bad service, wanted to stay for two nights, paid in full but didn't, the water was hard to get, every time I wanted to take a shower there was no water. Charged 50 thousand for checking in one hour before the time, but did not provide a receipt for payment. The cupboard was broken and there was no table, no bathroom equipment, complete and bad. Don't want to stay in a place like that.

The AC is not cold enough but enough, There is no shower (removed?), TV has no channels, but for that price I still consider it reasonable. The only thing I don't consider is that my room leaks when it rains, the problem is that the water drops are right on top of my mattress. Please, the management, fix this. Even though the room price is cheap, it doesn't mean that leaks when it rains are not fixed, right? Who wants to stay in a room that leaks when it rains? Additional: The receptionist is quick to respond thank you.

The room was not cold, the water kept turning off every morning, the toilet was clogged, the toilet flow was also clogged so it created puddles. The service was okay, only the facilities were lacking. I checked in from the 25th to the 27th, I was given 1 small bar of soap, so I bought it outside, and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. What I regret is that the water seemed to be turned off on purpose at certain times.

I booked 3 rooms, when I arrived the rooms had just been mopped so they were quite clean. 2 rooms felt musty and damp. The hot water didn't work. The TV didn't work either. There were no towels, no electric kettle, no shampoo or toothbrush, only 1 bar of soap. The worst thing was the water, water is very important. When I wanted to take a shower, pee or poop, there was no water until I had to borrow water stock in buckets from other rooms because I had already pooped 😅. Once I complained, it was turned on to fill the tower, waiting for the water to reach the toilet was also very long🥲. The parking lot can fit about 3-4 cars. There needs to be a table added, to put drinks and other equipment. Same for charging. The power socket is above the sink so it's hard to charge your phone.
