The AC is noisy and the temperature cannot be adjusted so that it is disturbed during rest. When checking in, my name was wrong, so the process took a long time. The room is clean. The bathroom is even more clean.

Nice, comfortable, clean, especially the water is smooth, the atmosphere is calm, peaceful, serene, even though the location is close to tourist attractions. Next time I can come here again if I reserve a place to stay.

The distance to the city center and snacks is quite far, there is no wardrobe in the room, the bathroom sink is clogged, the water tap is unstable, it is not worth the price.

The hotel staff is very friendly asking for anything and asking anything is responded well. As soon as you enter the room, it smells very fragrant. It's just a shame, the floor is still dusty and there is no solid soap. There is only liquid soap. Even for staying overnight, the atmosphere is also calm and not crowded. There is a bonus behind the hotel, you can get a beautiful mountain view.

The staff was not strict about the curfew, there were visitors who sang and played guitar until 11:00 p.m., there were those who played running around and were noisy, until 11:30 p.m. WIB they couldn't rest because it was as crowded as a grocery market. Finally, I reprimanded the hotel staff so that there would be an affirmation for the hotel guests who were very noisy. For the location, cleanliness, and staff service, it was good. However, the things mentioned above, please make order, so that visitors can be comfortable.

Good, close to Jatim Park 1, the famous toy ride in Batu City, only 20 meters to the door, breakfast is also close to 50 meters. I really recommend just walking to recreation.

The hotel staff is friendly. When I needed to rent a motorbike, it turned out that all were fully booked. Finally, I lent him my own motorbike. The room is clean and fragrant. Recommended, if I go to Batu, I will definitely stay here again. 🥰.

There's only 1 plug to charge the cellphone and even the nightlight plug has to be unplugged first, the water is very low, the valve is broken, it's like leaving it like that.

Lokasi strategis tinggal jalan kaki ke JT1 & Bukit Bintang. Kamarnya nyaman. Depan hotel banyak makanan kalau siang. Service pada tamu sangat bagus sekali. Parkiran luas. Yang perlu di benahi adalah air panas, karena sering tidak kebagian air panas.
