Good location so we can reach every spot and a short time. Pleasant place to stay in Batu with good service and good staffs. Unfortunately, still lack of wardrobe to put properties....

It's not a great hotel, but quite okay. If you are looking for a simple hotel, large and spacious bedroom, close to some attraction location in Batu, and of course with affordable price, Prima Asri 153 would be meet your need. First time coming, I found my toilet water didn't running well so that I complained to the receptionist. They then upgraded us to a family room which is much bigger than our order (Superior 4). However, I found there's not a hot water which was needed most in such a Batu cold weather in the morning and afternoon bath. This one should be improved as hot water is the important thing, moreover for those who bring kids on their staying. Breakfast served only a few menu but I didn't mind. I never complained about breakfast as I didn't eat much in the morning. However, if you want to visit Jatim Park 1 for your vacation, this hotel just behind the park! you only need to walk about 50 meter to reach Jatim park 1. Museum Angkut is also closeby. It took us only 5-10 minutes by grab. The hotel was also not too far from Jatim Park 2, Batu Night Spectaculer. We used Grab to take us there and only pay 12k.

hotel location are strategic near the Jatim park 1, receptionist are very kind, the price is worth comparing to the hotel facilities and services. but I think the hotel need security or parking officer to standby at gate or parking area.
