Sh cold water for shower is not working, we informed to fix but it ' s not fixed yet. Towel for bath is tears and look old. Room so small.

When checking in, you don't immediately get a room with the reason that the order from the application is not in the hotel account, it's quite a long wait.

The room is very narrow, WiFi doesn't connect at all, just so bad! The TV signal is lost and can not get toiletries such as soap, toothbrushes and others whereas before staying here booking a room is more expensive 10 thousand than this very good facility. This message is because you are forced to and cannot return a resentful reply.
