I didn't expect much when I decided to book this hotel. It turned out very great! The pool was amazing, a very kids friendly hotel, breakfast was great, and delicious. Room was spacious and clean. We had a great time and will return back soon.

Great place to staycation. Location is good, near to shopping center, cinema, and food court. Comfy & clean room and awesome swimming pool. But, breakfast menu is so-so.

Kids pool was under renovation. At that time was small rainy and not allowed for swimming in the main pool. Kids playground also very crowded due to there was school graduation ceremony. Just stay back in our room: (.

Selalu suka sama pelayanan di hotel santika harapan indah. Semua staffnya super ramah dan helpful. Spaghetti carbonara dan mushroom cream soup nya best bgt, enaak. Di kamar pake brand Sensatia Botanicals untuk sabun dan samponya 😁. Untuk menu sarapan standar aja

Semuanya bagus apalagi breakfast banyak banget pilihannya dan enak. Sayang dapet kamar yang showernya agak bocor jadi kalo dinyalain terlalu muncrat kemana-mana airnya.

Love the room, love the pool. Not so happy with breakfast. Parkiran motor jauh banget di belakang, ga ada shortcut atau apa gitu biar agak teduh kalo mau ke lobby. Area di depan lift terutama di lantai atas bisa dikasih tirai atau sejenisnya, karena mataharinya terik sekali jadi udaranya panas begitu keluar lift.

The room is spacious, I just don't like the motorcycle parking area. It 's quite dark because there is no light. Made me scared. And from that parking area, the lobby is quite far 😩 can you move the parking area?
