Very dissapointing. I ordered 5 rooms with 3 booking codes in this hotel, but app only issued 3 rooms vouchers. The hotel said that I had to confirm my booking to app. I called the customer service and they said that I had to wait for an hour. It was 12 am. No compensation is given by app or the hotel. They only said"we are very sorry". But the hotel managed to address this problem in 30 minutes. But still, this kind of issue has to be addressed in the future.

Booked two rooms for a night. Requested a new room as lock at the first one was not functioning well when closed. My wife was not happy as the room was smelly. Perhaps previous guests were heavy smokers. The bedsheet and linen need to perfectly cleaned.

Went for a one-night stay here. While we knew it wouldn't be much since we booked for the smallest and cheapest room, unfortunately, what was truly disappointing was the cleanliness of the room. The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time, there were dusts in several places. While the lack of ventilation in the room was already apparent from when we planned to book the place, there should be precautions to keep the room fresh despite this, it just smelled very damp when we arrived. The hot water wasn't always available. Besides that, I like how the place was strategic despite the traffic and the staff being very friendly. Hope there could be more improvements later on!:).

Mengecewakan, Ruangan bising sama suara kamar sebelah. Kotor & ada kecoa. Istirahat tidak nyaman sangat terganggu. Tidak disarankan menginap di vio.

Untuk hotel dengan keperluan seperti transit atau sekedar istirahat, cukup affordable dengan harganya. Fasilitas room in lumayan lengkap, ada parkir mobil di basement tp kayanya kalo lg pick season bakalan penuh bgt, sarapan lumayan variasi ada pilihan nasi, roti, bubur, dessert & minuman hangat meskipun rasanya b aja. Di kamar juga ada botol utk minum & disediakan dispenser utk refill. Staff cukup ramah apalagi saat late check in, gercep buat yg rempong bawa anak2.
