The AC is off and broken. I sleep with no AC the whole night, luckily Bandung is cloudy and it was raining outside

Very dissapointing. I ordered 5 rooms with 3 booking codes in this hotel, but app only issued 3 rooms vouchers. The hotel said that I had to confirm my booking to app. I called the customer service and they said that I had to wait for an hour. It was 12 am. No compensation is given by app or the hotel. They only said"we are very sorry". But the hotel managed to address this problem in 30 minutes. But still, this kind of issue has to be addressed in the future.
