It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

Rooms were clean and satisfactory. It's fitting for the price. Beds were nice, hot water runs well. Not very big but ok for 2 people. Staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, even has Indomie. Location was really conveniently attached to the mall and The Trans Luxury hotel. It's a bit far from city center and with traffic can get up to 30 40 minutes to go to city center. But for people who are staying here for events in Trans or the theme park, can't go wrong with this location.

I stay there for 4 days. Great ambience for a 3 star hotel. The location is near Trans Studio Mall, making it even better. The food is quite good especially the room service menu. Will book again. What I really appreciate is the check-in only needs about 3-5 min.

No laundry bag. The hotel must supply laundry bag. The cleaning service need to check the liquid soap and shampo supply

A walking distance from my hotel was the mall and the trans studio park, which is very convenient but wished that there are a connecting bridge between the mall and the hotel so we don't need to walk outside, since it once rained heavily during my stay and I'm unable to go back to the hotel.
The food was good with a lot of variation, yet could do better with the drinks and the dispenser that looked old and can only produce cool water, not cold water. The bathroom was very tiny, yet clean. The bathroom amenities are sparse with the shampoo and shower gel locked on the holder and felt empty when shaken. Overall it was okay, not the best, yet pleasant due to the kind and helpful staff.
