Many hotels I have stayed at, from ordinary to expensive, this hotel is very comfortable even twice here, more comfortable depends on who we enjoy it with. Thank you Ibis, an experience I will never forget.

Family is happy to stay here, many branches in big cities, always clean, comfortable, DELICIOUS food. It is also close to the airport, already a regular with 456 Rent Car. Thank you bro for taking us to the airport, who needs your WA, this is 08126004 7780. Ibis Hotel is highly recommended.

Payment method (room service) for food and drinks must be cash only (primitive), front office/receptionist is not on standby 24 hours, unfriendly staff. Very bad service. Not recommended

The room was not ready until 16:00 (even later because I left and only returned to the hotel at night) even though I had confirmed that I would check in on D-1 and D at 10 am. I booked several rooms for my family and ended up having to wait a long time. There was no clear reason from the hotel regarding this delay. Very disappointed and hoping for improvements from the hotel.

Not recommended and the bathroom is flooded, the room smells musty, I didn't book a smoking room but was given a smoking room, in my opinion there are still many hotels at this price that are comfortable
