The room is clean and comfort. Share bathroom is also clean. The location is near university so there are many restaurants near the hotel. The rooms have unique concept. Economically price.

The place is nice, clean and also has a comfortable service... The location is in the middle of Jember so you can go around looking for anything you like... Perfect for backpackers or family vacation.

Good and cheap hostel, strategic because it is near the business center of Jalan Kalimantan. Please provide your own toiletries because only towels are provided. The toilet on the 3rd floor is also dark because the lights are out. Overall the service is friendly. Only. Suggestion for those on night duty on October 16th please. Knock on the door first and say excuse me before. Enter. Even though it is a bunk bed, 1 room only has 4 beds and I happened to get a single one. I was surprised when someone suddenly came in and opened the door while bringing a new guest even though it was almost midnight. That's all. Thank you.

Staff ramah, ada dispenser buat bikin kopi atau teh di lantai 1. Kamar mandi di tiap lantai cuman 1 sharing dengan kamar lain. Tapi di lantai 3 ada banyak kamar mandi dan pemandangan roof top.

The location is strategic, close to Unej, the service is friendly, the receptionist is ready 24 hours. The room is really nice, just like the photo, it's clean and the air conditioner is cold, wow, for those who want to stay here, it's really super recommended.

Ketiga kalinya nginep di sini. Di kamar yang selalu sama nomor 13! So far oke lah ya. Cuma ada sedikit perubahan aja untuk ketiga kali ini seperti kamar ada sarang laba-laba, tembok sedikit berjamur, kamar mandi sedikit kotor. Tapi masih nyaman kok, AC, kamar tidur nyaman, kamar mandi air hangat, pelayanan ok di sediakan snack morning free, keren banget! Cuma kebersihan aja sih sedikit, di tingkatkan 1-10 aku rate 7.5 🤗. Please kalian kalo kesini aku saranin ambil yang room private aja ya 😉. Sukses terus InnBox Capsule!

The place is comfortable, the facilities are complete, the receptionist is on standby even though yesterday I checked in at 3 in the morning, the bathroom is clean & a hair dryer is also available. Really top for the budget price.

It's enough to stay here. Just for sleeping only. Stayed 2 nights on the 2nd floor, the room and environment were not cleaned. Garbage is full in trash cans and piled up in front of the room not cleaned. The hall in front of the dark room, feels like staying in a haunted house. Until the thoughts are strange. The bathroom shower is small, there's no hot water. The stairs are steep, there are several places where the water is not cleaned. Prone to slip.

Saya pesan kamar yang private family (isinya queen bed). Fasilitas kamarnya baik, sayangnya ga ada hanger. Ada mushola & tempat setrikaan (tapi ga tau itu bisa di fungsikan atau ga). Ada pantry room nya, disediakan gula-kopi-teh dengan gelas & sendoknya. Tempat duduknya juga banyak & nyaman (ber-AC). Yang disayangkan untuk perawatan kamar mandinya, kami pakai di lantai 1 (ga tau yang di lantai atas). Kamar mandinya licin & airnya kecil. Lalu sampahnya penuh sampe ga bisa ditutup tapi tidak segera dibersihkan (harusnya tiap siang & malam dicek, mengingat jumlah orang yang menginap juga banyak, apalagi weekend, jadi sampahnya ga numpuk). Toiletnya sempit banget ya 😅 lalu untuk keset atau daerah tempat wudhu, alangkah baiknya selalu dicek supaya ga basah karena rawan bikin kepleset. Makasih
