The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable for a staycation. The location is not far from the city center. Recommended for a staycation with various children's events.

This is our first experience, staying at the Intercontinental Hotel Dago Bandung. The initial intention was to please the children and wife on a long weekend. Finally, we suddenly invited them on vacation in Bandung, we booked a hotel on the day and Alhamdulillah we still had time to get a classic room (the cheapest type). The first impression when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel building is very grand and luxurious. The exclusive impression was very pronounced when we arrived at the hotel lobby drop off, as if this hotel was only intended for "the haves" and honestly we were a little unsure but all those feelings disappeared after meeting all the concierge and security staff, all of whom were very friendly, full of smiles, helpful and all were fast. The receptionist staff were also very friendly and communicative, we were even given a surprise with a room upgrade from the classic type to the Villa type. My wife and I were stunned and confused because we were afraid of being charged additional charges, because the price of a villa room was far beyond our means, but according to the receptionist staff, the room upgrade process was free of charge. The room service was also incredibly helpful. had complained because the TV in the room was not working, but it was immediately fixed without waiting long. In addition, almost midnight, we called to ask for mineral water and it was also immediately delivered without waiting long. Breakfast is also a plus point for us, because the menu is very varied and the taste is very good. The restaurant staff is also very fast and communicative, they politely recommend favorite menus and show where the food is. This hotel is also equipped with child-friendly facilities, ranging from playgrounds, mini cinemas and there are competitions for children ala 17an in the playground area. In essence, our family was very impressed to be able to stay at the Intercontinental Hotel Bandung. Moreover, this is our first time staying at this hotel. It was truly an unforgettable vacation and stay experience.

It has been lacking regular maintenance, so the sound in the room is also lacking, you can really hear people talking in the next room.

Second time staying here for 2 nights and always satisfied with the service, from check in, asking for a view to be changed, helped very friendly, got a big and comfortable room, only for a hotel like Inter, there should be a coffee maker in the room, not just a water heater, and a little suggestion for food variations for 2 days, the menu is almost the same, if possible, change it so you don't get bored... overall, very good and will come back here again.

Please provide comfort for the guest because the room is near the connecting door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we could only check in at 5 pm because the room was still being cleaned.

Ordered 5 rooms, only 3 rooms were ready at 15.00, even though they were upgraded, it was still not comfortable to rest because there were not enough rooms ready... 2 more rooms were ready after around 17.00

7th time staying at Intercontinental, but this latest experience is the least memorable. Several things that the Intercontinental Hotel Team can improve: 1/ check-in time is at 16.30-17.00, even though it is stated in the application that check-in can be done from 15.00. We understand that the hotel is full, but leaving customers waiting without any certainty of the time is very disappointing. There is no compensation whatsoever given by the hotel. 2/ Public facilities and in the room are outdated and many are lacking maintenance, for example: at 8 am the toilet and swimming pool changing room are very dirty, used tissues are scattered everywhere and there is a lot of dirt on the toilet floor; in the shower and bathroom faucet in the guest room there are many white spots; I booked 2 rooms and only 1 room had hot water, the other room had hot water that did not work. 3/ The staff in the restaurant are numerous but not responsive. There are also many variations of food, but the taste is nothing special. 4/ There are more children's play options than before, but some are paid with rates that are not comparable to the playtime (too expensive). Different from other 5-star hotels in the Dago area and provide the same play facilities, without charging again for hotel guests. If it does not improve, Intercontinental will be overtaken by other 5-star hotels (especially those that have just opened), and slowly abandoned by visitors. Hopefully this input is useful and can be a concern for the Hotel Management Team.

Check in/out was smooth with friendly and accommodating front office staff. Ice cube, extra tower and other additional requests were delivered promptly. Excellent hospitality!
