The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was alright, could be cleaner. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they say yes to everything you ask them, but in the end don't do it as promised. For example went on a trip two days in a row at 5 in the morning, so we asked them if we could have breakfast earlier. They said sure, no problem, but we never got our breakfast as promised. They provide airport pickup for free which is a big plus.

Ini adalah kali ketiga menginap di sini. Dua sebelumnya tidak ada masalah. Tapi yang ketiga ini sangat mengecewakan. Booking udah dari minggu lalu. Saat check ini kamarnya baru dibersihkan. Air hangat tidak bisa, pintunya harus selalu dikunci, gantungan pakaiannya juga belum di pasang, tidak disediakan air mineral. Gelaspun tidak ada. Paling mengecewakan air panasnya tidak berfungsi, kita bawa anak jadi butuh air hangat untuk mandiin anak. Minta ganti kamar katanya penuh semua.

Dirty room conditions, dirty glasses and other equipment. The bathroom was dirty too. There are still a lot of dirt on the sheets. The first visit before this service was still rather satisfying. The second visit this month the service is very lacking. Please improve the quality again 🙏🏻

Room given, not clean. Like used. There are footprints, not dipel. Then there are used towels hanging in the bathroom. There is a cockroach. Then the tea maker was not given the first time, then it was given.
