Super gak recommended. Parah service dan manajemennya. It was a bad experience. This hotel located in an alley, right in front of a traditional market, just a few steps from the lobby. The situation around this hotel is crowded, noisy, and the traffic always jam. The service was really bad. When I went there to ask about the room, their security won't let me park my car inside the building even when I told him it will be just a minute. I have to beg until he let me place my car there. I also have to ask them to help me with my 3 luggages. For real. And finally one of the ladies there helping me carry my bag, their security just sit and talk with his friend, pretend that he didn't see me at all. I have to wait almost an hour to get inside my room because it took a little bit longer for app to issue my voucher. I showed them my payment proof and statement and they sill won't let me in until they got the notification I was very exhausted. The room ok, but the bed mattress was hard, the water smells bad, the signal there was bad, even their wifi can't help. They ask me to park my car somewhere else outside the building and I said OK. So I thought that I can pay IDR 25,000/day to park my car in the market parking place. Turns out when I came back late at night, the market people said that the parking place too crowded that night. And eventhough the hotel's basement empty (just one or two cars there), they won't let me in. I beg them to let my car in just for that night and they still won't let me in and said that they don't provide parking service for hotel guests it is just for montly rent. The basement was not full until I woke up in the morning, so yeah, they lied when they said it was full. The skinny guy there even said "whatever!" to me when I told them that I have to park my car far away from the hotel and have to walk back far with no guarantee that my car will be OK there. What kind of service business do they run? Why are they so mean? Bad bad service and management. They were not ashamed gossiping in the lobby where the guests were also there. They also won't help me carry my bags when I checked out. I am obviously not gonna come back to this hotel. They don't know that I am a loyal airy guest and book airy hotel almost everyday and always extend my stay whenever I like the hotel.
