food menu please improve and upgrade

The hotel staff was very friendly and quick to help when checking in.

The place is great for families and highly recommend staying here, especially as kids love playing on the beach. Next time stay again.

Strategic location, new hotel, very friendly and good service.

The hotel is nice, it leads directly to the beach, but the breakfast is not very tasty and the room doesn't smell good.

It's good, but I'm on the 1st floor so the noise from the 2nd floor is clearly audible, making it uncomfortable.

I should have had breakfast, but I didn't because at 8.49 the restaurant's food was sold out and I was told to wait because it was being refilled... wanted to get a drink of water/juice but didn't because there were no glasses... yes, everything is completely finished, it's very slow and not ready to accept the number of guests according to the number of rooms 😊during my stay everywhere, this is the one that is the most not up to expectations and not worth buying. and also when I wanted to go up to the pier as the content creators have been talking about, just a few seconds after I stepped on the wood I was immediately reprimanded by an armed policeman 😊 then I said I was staying there and took 2 rooms but the young policeman still answered "okay ma'am, it's allowed for a maximum of 10 minutes, because actually it's not allowed ma'am, this is a private area" hahaha, private for whom do you mean? I thought it was a resort facility, so I wasn't in the mood because I felt like I was being chased out 😊 not to mention there were other visitors who were more than 10 minutes, but the police just let them be, if you want to be afraid, remind them from the start that it's a private area, so it's fair as I was treated (like being chased out earlier) so there are really many places in Balikpapan that can be used as a place to stay on the beach that are recommended here at this price. why go there if this and that are not allowed... not to mention the food, I don't know, the pudding is not delicious (other food is being refilled, there is only pudding and fruits, even the pudding plate has one left, so take it using a bowl)

Overall all good✨ but maybe the restaurant can be improved again. It's not that it's not delicious but in my opinion it's just edible. But other than that it's very comfortable especially for thin healing

Yesterday's AC was a bit hot. I couldn't enjoy the balcony because the restaurant was directly below it. As for the facilities, everything was OK. That night there was a BBQ party. I can't say it was perfect because it turned out that only chicken and fish were provided as BBQ options, not meat as I had imagined. The food tasted good. The view from the restaurant was directly to the beach

Just a suggestion for the restaurant downstairs to have more food variations And if possible, you can order food there until night time so you don't have to look for food outside again Other than that, it's great, cool, friendly staff Cleanliness is really good, great facilities, hopefully it will improve in the future If I go to BPP again, I want to come here again
