When we wanted to check in, the caretaker was unprofessional, we checked in at 11:00 p.m. and we were given a note to check in at 11:00 p.m. because we got home from work and we were tired, and when we got there, the caretaker didn't want to come down at all and only communicated via chat, we had been downstairs for 30 minutes . It's my turn to be angry, the guard just came down, the room is full and blames us for checking in late, then if it's really full, cancel by app is the one that's available in the app after booking, right? to another place with a considerable distance. It's our turn to get angry before we have the room. And when we wanted to check out in the morning, we were even told to take our KTP to the 3rd floor. What an incredible service. This is the only time I found a service that models like this😂
