That's all, but there is a little discrimination, if a local person wants to enter the hotel alone, they will definitely be asked (by the security guard) whether they are staying there, but if they are traveling with their husband (who happens to be a foreigner), they will definitely not be asked.

Nice place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was average. Happy cause the hotel allowed us to shift to the room nearer to the front. Would be great if you could get the front side room near the swimming pool.

We stayed for 1 night and all was good. The room we had is kind of old-fashioned but the room and bathroom was quite spacious. Their breakfast needs to be improved in terms of options, but the hospitality was great especially when we ask for room change. Keep it up!

It turned out that my order was in the old building, not the new one, so the road to the room was quite dark. Then use the stairs and there is no lift to get to the room. But the inside of the room is nice and the bathroom is spacious.

4 Star Hotel some years ago need renovation. Many noisy Australian. They offert me a room in last corner of the hotel. After I denied to accept they give me room 274 full of moskitos. 3days later I had Denge Fiver and have stay in Hospital for 4days.

Comfortable, complete facilities, near restaurants, minimarkets, the beach. From Ngurah Rai Airport, you can take the Trans Metro Dewata, get off at the BPD Kuta bus stop, then walk for about 7 minutes to the hotel.
