My first and last time booked at this apartment, specially with this agency, if may not wrong the name is GC properties agency. First I Was booked for double room. I'm arrived at 11PM, I must called the owner three times to get the key, cause the door is locked for and the reception is sleeping. When at the room, there's a flooding in front of the room then went we enter the room, the second room is flooding also (forgot to take the photo), then I call the agency that I want change the room, after that the PIC is come to the room to see. Cause I tired, I ask to change the room, then PIC call the owner tell me I want to change the room, luckily they called with loudspeaker so can hear their convo. The owner said "tell him not move room, just wait to clean it up" then directly I said to them, if didn't get another room, I want refund. Cause honestly its really flooding and can make a hour to clean it up. Then their suggest to move superior (one level below, but basically same size with double room, the different only have one big bed) When come to the another room, it quite better than before, the floor is not ceramic but wooden floor, but unfortunately door for bath room is broken and on the dishwasher there's any some dirty plate was not cleaned up but there's no problem cause we are really tired. In the morning we want to take a bath, the water was run off, I call the management but no responses, then with really unsatisfied we must not take a bath. When wan to return the key, the door at agency is locked, try to call and bell the door is no responses again, finally I just drop the key in front of the door. Honestly this is the bad properties and agency that I ever stayed. Oh one more time, they don't ask for our identity LOL
