This hotel is perfect, very good hospitality from the staff. My Room was clean, nice and have perfect city view. Very comfortable and Very strategic Place. Breakfast superb! The service is top notch, attention to details are very on point. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The ambience was wonderful, The staff are great 👍. The only thing concerned me is the Wifi and Water Flow. The Wifi are connected but no internet access. The water flow is very low, so it not comforting to take a shower. Either than that everything is so great 👍

If you are looking for a hotel close to the center of Surabaya, this hotel is worth considering because with an affordable price, you can get good service, neat rooms and soundproof. The only downside is that the location is close to a nightclub, so it's a bit noisy.

Staying 1 night in the executive room gave an extraordinary experience, all the staff are very friendly and do not hesitate to ask something that might need help. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. The bedroom is clean and comfortable, the TV picture is clear. Although the menu variety is a little lacking for a 5 star class, the taste is not disappointing. Highly recommended to stay here.

The blanket is dirty and broken. The room is not wide.
