This is my second visit and everything was great. Friendliness of staff was excellent. Check-in check-out was fast. Recognition is really great. Room very clean and all my requests prior to arrival were met. Dinner and breakfast was good. Will definitely come back to Laska again for sure. Keep up the good work and looking forward to my next stay.

It's really good from the first time we arrived until we left, the service was good, friendly, fast. For the staff Alif Saiful, thank you for helping to provide information to the receptionist when we wanted to move rooms. It's just that the shower toilet was a bit leaky, causing flooding.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Staff very friendly and attentive. Gym was great. Good location. Room was clean and spacious. Will definitely come back to Laska Subang again. My preferred choice. The front office manager was very friendly and helpful. Great service overall.

booking 3 rooms with non-smoking room type. but when checking in only 1 non-smoking room can be taken while the other 2 are smoking rooms, even though I brought a toddler and an elderly person with asthma. finally I was forced to take it because the reception said it was full but the room would be sprayed again so it wouldn't smell. I got room 701 where suddenly in the middle of the night the AC was not cold and leaked, because the children were already fast asleep and everyone was tired, finally when I checked out the next day I reported it. the leak seemed to be because it wasn't cleaned often enough so it caused a blockage in the drain. but overall the service was good and the food was quite delicious, just need to add more variety to the menu for dinner and breakfast.

Helpful staff, we informed that they would come earlier, when checking in the room was ready, no waiting at all. Requests to add rooms with connecting doors were also fulfilled. Gym facilities are increasingly complete, there is also a leg press. Breakfast menu is varied, assorted veggies, bakery, traditional drinks, abundant carbohydrates, the type of protein if it could be added would be even better. Have tried several hotels in Subang, Laska is the best.
