I have stayed at this hotel before, it is still a pleasant place. We like this hotel because the rooms are spacious, the location is strategic for those who need it in the city center area. The breakfast is delicious, varied, but the last breakfast for me felt a bit lacking compared to the previous ones. Overall this hotel is a comfortable place.

Good hotel, even though this hotel is actually an old hotel, but the management and facilities are still affordable. Especially this hotel has a family room type, so it's family friendly.

We arrived at hotel around 3pm but rooms still not ready.. it was very terrible.. rooms and corridor s hotel also smell of cigarettes

The hotel is clean, but when I got to the room it seemed like the sheets and pillow cases weren't changed, I found hairs on the pillow cases, I stayed at the peak of the holiday season, the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, but I left my Garmin watch in the room when I checked out, when I came back to get it it was gone. At that time the staff seemed less than helpful in providing a solution.

Soap and shampoo are out of stock, have asked the receptionist and housekeeping twice but they still haven't delivered them to the room. Too bad, the room is expensive but the service is lacking.
