Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. Thank you for the services.

The AC did not work properly. Room was hot. The carpet was filthy. Generally unclean.

1. Ac was not working properly. 2. Ordered some food via gojek they can only drop it at security pos which literaly outside of the building. So unconvinient to walk outside in the middle of the night. 3. They gave torn towels.

Harga sekitar 350an dengan kamar mandi mewah banget, recomended banget buat hotel transit, walaupun kurang terang dan tidak ada view tapi cukup puas dan senang. Hanya saja saat proses check out ada tamu lain yang mengomel dan tidak masuk lift karena kami membawa anak kecil, aneh ๐
