Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. Thank you for the services.

Definitely would come back! Good location! It is surrounded by green, and many cafes and restaurant. Nice place for pedestrian to walk, especially in Jakarta. The room itself was amazingly beautiful with its Interior Design.

very comfortable and homey, unfortunately it is not equipped with a restaurant that is open longer, fortunately there are many places to eat and drink coffee around the hotel area so it is not a problem if the hotel does not provide breakfast and dinner. including the hotel that I choose the most when I am working in Jakarta.
