Overall i’d rate my stay a 4/5.
The good:
- My room is small yet unique. I love the big window right in front of my bed. The AC works fine.
- Most employees are friendly.
- The location is strategic, near many cafes, restaurants and other food shops. It’s also close to a lot of offices.
- Breakfast buffet was nice and varied.
The can-be-improved:
- For the whole 3 days I stayed there, my key card never worked, not even at the first time i checked in! *Every time*, I’d try to tap in, the key fails, and then i come down to the front desk to inform the staff, then they come with me to my room to open my door. They promised to fix it, but never did. No offering to switch to another room whatsoever.
- All the soap bottles in my bathroom were empty. I think my room wasn’t touched by the staff for a long time.
- A strange smell seeps into my room. It wasnt too unpleasant, may be a smell of food or something, but still strong nonetheless.

The strategic location and convenience facilities provided are a bit French-style. It is simply good, and the sage-green interior is a mood booster. I loved all the pastries, even though the main dish, which had fewer variations.

Compliment for the staff hospitality, room was OK even seems less sound proof cause I can hear voices from the other room. Overall its a nice stay experiences.
