the hotel is actually very comfortable and complete, but sorry this is an honest review that hopes this hotel will be even cooler in the future. the room is nice and spacious, apart from the furniture that may be old but at least, please keep it clean. In the room, even if the carpet has not been renovated, at least the hair and dirt on the carpet are cleaned. Choose one with a bathtub because of the child's request, but when you enter it can't be used, the child is disappointed even though this is a gift for his birthday to staycation at the hotel. the bathroom is also dirty, not about the hair in the bathroom, at least the bathroom is scrubbed. thank you for the service. hopefully it will be better in the future. always success.

It's pretty good for the price, complete with breakfast. Only the shower water is really small. So it's okay.

Everything is good except the bed sheet still has sand grains. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed 🙏

Hotel is close to Losari beach, near from seafood restaurants and surrounded by a food court (Makassar food, such as Pisang Epe).

The spring bed was no longer comfortable to use, the room felt stuffy, and there were no tissues or shampoo provided.

The sheet doesn't seem to have been replaced.

I chose because I was touched by my curiosity where I saw a large hotel building, but with a minimalist price.. initially when I checked in everything went well... the room was quite large, the bed was big enough..... with a central AC that was quite cold, curtains that could block light from outside, the sound resistance was good and the outside sound was not that audible... but after I stayed for a few days I just found things that were not so nice, first the second layer of the blanket cover was open and I saw brown spots on the blanket.. indeed the cover and others were clean but the view was clearly not a view that people wanted to see... after that the shower water, which was unstable, could be cold as if the heater was not working in 20 seconds then the water became very boiling making it quite difficult to control to the temperature we wanted.. the water channel in the bathroom was also a little clogged so that the water pooled at the feet... maybe these things can still be tolerated because I heard that the hotel had just reopened after being in a coma during the covid era... but there was 1 thing that can't be tolerated, namely, the discovery of a cockroach crawling in my room's toilet..and not just 1 but 3...I beat 2 to death and the other 1 ran away who knows where..I really understand at this price and this hotel is trying to recover but I think the price that is effortable usually reduces hotel facilities not reduces cleanliness right? hopefully this input can be heard and can be processed and improved so that we can see the revival of the m regency hotel again..in 1 day I will be back and I hope everything can be better thank you

Great old hotel with renovated rooms. Food is quite varied and strategic location in Losari Makassar area.

Friendly staff, good food, kids are happy staying here. Only the toilet door handle is a bit loose and needs to be fixed in the future.

Good but no welcoming service at all, the hotel staff are busy with their own things. There are 2 receptionists but only one is always there, so you always have to queue to check in, even though you are tired from walking.
