My stay was exceptional! Maya resort Ubud are definitely a very good place to stay in Ubud. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially their front office staff who helped me checked in, she was really friendly and sincere. Every part of the resort are clean, the view is beautiful. Loved their swimming pool and nature walk path. Would love to come back again soon!

Our villa is not fit for 2 adults and 2 kids as offered at traveloka apps. In the room there are the setting only for 3 people. We tried to explain but the hotel are not willing to cooperate.

Bad. Won't come back here. I booked a queen/king bed. But twin beds are provided which are combined so the middle bed is very hard. Already complained but still not replaced. The toilet bidet was also broken.

Stayed on a special day because of Eid. Hotel rooms are perfectly arranged, natural views & clean air. The hotel is very beautiful, although when we checked in we waited until 4 pm everything was understandable in order to support Bali back to normal. I love Maya Ubud Bali.

Great hotel with nice staffs but the breakfast is somewhat limited in terms of choices. Also Internet wasn't working in stable manner which was only resolved on last day.

2Hr nginep di sini. Hari pertama kurang memuaskan. Begitu masuk room nyala AC, AC langsung bocor dan banyak serangga masuk ke dalam kamar sampai naik ke ranjang. Hari kedua pagi setelah di komplein, dilakukan perbaikan jadi lebih nyaman. Ditingkatkan lagi aja service nya. Jangan dikomplein dulu baru dikerjakan. Breakie nya enak juga. 2hr ini makanannya bervariasi. Ga selalu sama di 2hr ini. Overall oke.

I am quite comfortable staying here. Quiet atmosphere, good staff and service. The rooms are also clean. As for the food, I don't think it tastes good, I ordered fried rice & fried noodles and both tasted salty.

It was amazing stay we had. One day is not enough and we have to extend one more day. Hotel is full with adventure such cruising around hotel. Doing Yoga and gym it was awesome. Breakfast is plenty of choices. Room is neat and clean. Team is amazing. Big thank you for your hospitality. Great hotel with fair price and its worth it. Surely we will came back.

Really love to stay in this resort. The Maya ubud features many facilities, such as infinity pool by the river, jogging tracks, tennis courts, They also offer many activities, I. E yoga sessions, rice paddy walk. The resort has spacious rooms with sofa and terrace. Scond day our stay we walked to adjacent village to have lunch with nasi lawar at our local friend house, Mr. Made Sinyal.

Clean. Quiet. Refreshing. Excellent service. I left my shoes and vitamins in the room and the hotel contacted me and helped deliver the missing shoes. There's tea time. The room is really nice. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Will be back for sure. Thank you very much Maya ubud.
