I was staying 1 night in Mercure PIK Jakarta with my wife and my sons to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary :-) It was truly great experience to have kind of staycation in Mercure PIK. A very friendly warm welcome from Hotel's Team Member, especially by Ms. Ade She's very nice, cheerful and helpful person from check-in process until check-out. She help to arrange for us to have nice stay by setting simple but sweet decoration in the room (If I'm not mistaken, it also helped by Ms. Natalia), give 2 Activity Books for my sons and complimentary cake with greetings card for my Wedding Anniversary. Moreover, once we're going to leave the hotel (check-out), she also together with Pak Hendianto help us to find missing shoes of my son that left in the room. That kind of experience makes Mercure is a lovely place to stay. The view (both city and beach view), swimming pool, cleanliness, food, etc. was very great. Looking forward to have another stay in Mercure PIK :-)

Overall very satisfied, easy access to mall for lunch or dinner, a lot of interested area to be visited around the hotel. Still need improvement on shower, water pressure rainfall is not too high and sanitary flew to outside

We got delay landing in Cgk and had terrible flight, when we arrived hotel Checked in process takes v long time, asked the RSV earlier to prevent hectic process, they could not assist us for prepaid Extrabed, therefore when we late c/i, the reception assist us for EB payments, its really the longest and confusing c/i i ever had. Why i cannot transfer money or settlement before i arrived hotel??, i travel with elderly, they need rest asap when reach hotel,its midnight alrd. After c/i finish, direct go to the room and find out all the amenities only for 1 pax, so i need to call HSK for send us bath equipments stuffs, waiting n waiting HSK team for set up EB for hours, i know HSK running busy in midnight, but if RSV could help us to settle our request prepaid EB before c/i, could give us convenient , and save energy for ur team as well. Bad experience with the rsv, check in flow, slow set up EB and stuffs

Please note the car parking area located in the basement, if it is smelly in the afternoon and evening. Several times the waste container overflowed onto the parking floor.

The downside is that the room is not soundproof enough, coincidentally when I stayed on December 31st, the noise from other residents could be heard in the room.

This is my first time staying at Mercure but I felt comfortable straight away. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. In my opinion, the food is great. The hotel has direct access to the mall. Recommended. TQ

Overall it's good, there are just a few things that are less impressive: 1. The room size is too small for the price of 2 million per night. 2. The shower is made too flat with the outside, so when you finish taking a shower the outside becomes muddy.
