The hotel is good, only the staff is not very cooperative regarding the extension issue, even though I have confirmed it, but they call me again on the way to fix the room.

There is only 1 active elevator and it takes a long time (room service is prioritized over hotel guests, so hotel guests end up going up and down using the emergency stairs). The AC in the hotel room is noisy, there are lights that are off, it is not soundproof, and toiletries are not available (we have to ask for them). Please use this as material for the hotel's evaluation in the future. Thank you.

The location is in front of the Al Akbar mosque, a bit far from minimarkets and food stalls/restaurants, there are 2 lifts and 1 is broken so it takes a long time to go up and down especially when there is an event in the ballroom, the parking lot is a bit crowded, the view is from 8 Al Akbar mosques and the city of Surabaya

Please pay more attention to the quality of food & drinks. During breakfast there are some drinks that need to be checked for freshness. Also consider replacing the bathroom door, because the use of wood is prone to rot. The rest is okay
