quite comfortable staying here, only there should be some improvements in the cleanliness of the bathroom, then the parts that are broken or not pleasing to the eye are fixed, and also the quality of the wifi is quite bad, the television is already a smart tv but the internet access is not good so I use my own quota to take advantage of the smart tv facilities. for the cleanliness of the room it's okay. the friendliness of the staff is good, there are some that are a bit lacking but okay, the HK staff are friendly👍🏻. the good thing is in the middle of the city so it's easy to go here and there

The TV is broken. There is a pole in the room that is disturbing. It should not be used as a room. Cleanliness is ok, service is very good. Parking access is very easy for motorbikes and cars.

Check in at 15:30. Check out at 19:30. Room 205. The intention was to choose this hotel to rest for a while. The result was that I couldn't rest because I had to call customer service many times. Cons: - When I arrived, there were no towels, only a doormat. - Toothbrush and toothpaste were missing. - Liquid soap and shampoo had not been refilled. - The sink faucet was shaking - The water drain was protruding and shaking - The toilet jet flush holder almost came off - The TV froze. Every time I changed channels, the sound changed but the picture didn't move - The foundation pillar in the middle of the room was a bit disturbing Pluses: + For a room with 1 double bed, it's quite spacious. Can pray comfortably + Customer service is responsive to consumer complaints + Security guards are friendly and help provide shade when it rains + 100k deposit can be exchanged for KTP + There is a hot water kettle and free 2 bottles of mineral water + There is a drink dispenser in the hallway + The location is easily accessible, on the side of a large road and only 2 km to 23 Paskal Hyper Square. + There is a cafe and street food around the hotel Overall, consumer complaints are slightly paid off by the speed of customer service response. I chose the one without breakfast for 256k because I checked out at night, yes it's quite good compared to budget hotels.

The price is very affordable. It is a family choice because the access is quite close to everywhere, and only for resting (because the initial intention was to go round trip from Jakarta to Bandung). The hotel staff is quite friendly and responsive. Previously, I requested a double bed non-smoking room because I brought a toddler, but when I entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke, finally asked to change to another room, and thank God I was given another room. Security is also on standby to guard the vehicle. So far the room facilities are so-so, according to the price. Bed, pillows, blankets are clean, thank God. The air conditioner is also quite cold. Minus the bathroom doesn't get a mat, and the appearance of the towels is worn out so they are not used at all. Well, for other comforts that are a concern, many guests wander around the hallways at night, for me it's a bit annoying. And several times I met young guests in the elevator wearing clothes that were "you know what I mean" no judge no offense. So maybe this is a learning or consideration for guests with family/children who plan to stay at this hotel. Overall nice, but still needs to be improved 👌🙏

The location is strategic to everywhere, there are many minimarkets around the hotel, there are many food vendors so it is not difficult to find food, the service is friendly, parking access is available and free, for clean rooms there are only knocking sounds next to the room like someone is building something. But the rest of the place is comfortable and easy to access

In terms of sleeping comfort, it's really good, but it's a shame there's no wifi. I've informed the receptionist and they've only been told that I'll get the complaint later, I'm staying for 4 days. It's a shame, but maybe you could add perfume to the toilet so it doesn't smell. As for the location, it is quite strategic because it is close to everywhere
