Strategic Location. Receptionist and FO are very friendly and kind. Good room facilities, toiletries, TV, parking, WiFi is available but not provided automatically, maybe only for employees and television, only television does not broadcast, Wi-Fi network is not provided. Spacious parking. Only for motorbikes, a special closed parking lot needs to be made and there is active CCTV. Poor room cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room is nice but guests who enter are not checked for cleanliness. Need to change the cleaning staff. It's useless to be neat if it's not clean. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom.

The service is good & friendly, the rooms are clean but uncomfortable because there are lots of cockroaches. It would be best to immediately repair all the bathrooms, because cockroaches come out from between the toilet shower holes. And behind the toilet it is dirty, where cockroaches nest. I patched the hole with soap, if I don't patch it the cockroaches will keep coming out. Please pay attention, because every month I work in Cilacap, if it's convenient I will spend the night in Noola every month. Thank You.

I stayed 2 nights, on day 1 I wanted to go out to play and I asked the receptionist to make sure there was a make up room. He said there is. Why do I make sure? Because there is no hanger on the door handle that says make up room. Oh, I don't know, when I came home from playing, the room hadn't been cleaned 🙂 There were already so many ants. And the bathroom isn't really bad, the shower is really bad, the lights are dim. I'm really sorry but this is enough 🥲.
