The building is not well maintained, some interior points are damaged, there is no shower curtain, the hot water does not work, the TV remote does not work, the sink is clogged, there are caterpillars in the bathroom, there is no liquid soap.

In general, the hotel facilities are quite good in terms of value for money. Although the location is not too close to the city center, because the roads are not congested, it doesn't take long to get to the city center. What I noted the most was, I was in the same elevator as someone who was smoking, then secondly without prior notification I was penalized for putting a mattress down, which was actually very easy to lift up again. Hopefully in the future things like that will be informed when checking in. Thank you

the hotel staff is friendly and when checking in and checking out is processed quickly. great. even early check in immediately found a room in a friendly manner.

A standard budget hotel, but satisfying. Becoming the best choice of hotel in North Cilacap.

The service is good & friendly, the rooms are clean but uncomfortable because there are lots of cockroaches. It would be best to immediately repair all the bathrooms, because cockroaches come out from between the toilet shower holes. And behind the toilet it is dirty, where cockroaches nest. I patched the hole with soap, if I don't patch it the cockroaches will keep coming out. Please pay attention, because every month I work in Cilacap, if it's convenient I will spend the night in Noola every month. Thank You.
