it's my 2nd time and have a room in higher floor. turns out the room is smaller than lower floor. but the view is great. the room is super clean, staff is fast response, which is improvement. try the room service and ordered spaghetti carbonara for kids.. it's delicious but more like aglio olio, not creamy enough. can't wait for the 3rd times.

I booked this hotel for my parents when my dad was about to do a check-up at RSCM. They enjoyed their stay there. The hotel is nice, the room is spacious. Delicious food. Great location.

Novotel Cikini is strategically located, the service is very good, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, and of course not new cigarettes. Also equipped with a swimming pool and gym. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. 👍👍👍.

I have been a regular guest at Notovel Cikini, this hotel is indeed our best choice when going to Jakarta. The large rooms, nice bathrooms, fast and friendly staff service, and the many and delicious breakfast variants are definitely value for money 🫡🫡.

This time maybe I wasn't as lucky as other hotel guests. Because July 15 2024 (02.00 and 08.00) is the final schedule for the Euro Cup and Copa, but unfortunately Novotel cannot broadcast these two matches via TV stations in Indonesia (RCTI and Indosiar). That's too bad. Others are okay and we keep on staying in Novotel whenever visiting Jakarta or other cities.
