We love this hotel! Dinner all you can eat was very delicious, clean and safe. Breakfast was tasty. My family like some of the breakfast items very much and we asked for some servings to go and they happily prepared them for us. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a batik shop at the lobby that sells good clothing. We will stay there again when time permits. Thank you.

I stayed for 14 days for work during pandemic period. Novotel have policy make up room by request which is I absolute agreed. Staff very helpful especially when I decided skip breakfast because I was too busy to go down for breakfast and they called me if they can bring me something for breakfast. It's very thoughtful. FYI: Nasi goreng and mie ayam Novotel so delicious but not their Nasi Liwet :))

Pelayanan oke. Kamar nyaman dan bersih. Dan anak saya diIjinkan berenang jam 19.30wib.(krn besok paginya kami banyak agenda/acara. Tdk memungkinkan anak berenang diPagi hari) dan ada ruang bermain utk anak2 mskpun kecil dan sempit, tp anak saya suka. Krn hanya anak saya aja yg menggunakan ruang main tsb. Kalo ada anak lainnya pst kurang leluasa krn sempit bgt utk anak2 (saran utk pihak Novotel Solo tolong diUpGrade ruang playground nya 😊 🙏). Tp overall semua "Best" pasti balik lg kesini kalo ada acara diSolo lagi.

Menyenangkan bisa menginap di Novotel solo. Tempatnya yang strategis memudahkan untuk kuliner dan jalan2 di kota solo. Staffnya juga ramah2 dan good attitude👍. Kolam renangnya jg enak ada kolam anak dan kolam dewasa jadi kemarin puas ajak anak2 untuk berenang. Kalau bole saran sebaiknya ada dispenser di tiap lantai jadi memudahkan pengunjung untuk mengambil air minum. Thank you very much Novotel Solo👍🙏

Great location and spacious room. However, the parking is a bit confusing as the underground parking area connects to the other hotel and we have to move around to find the correvt lobby.
