First time vacationing with family in this hotel, the room is very spacious there is a balcony, the kitchen equipment is very complete, the cleanliness is okay, and the location is very strategic to the central area of Jakarta. Very recommended!

For house keeping, the room was not cleaned thoroughly, like the table before and after cleaning it remained the same as if it had not been cleaned, there were still crumbs. Overall good and good service.

Mohon simak review berikut untuk ya. Boleh dipikirkan kembali sebelum menginap di oakwood sini. Menginap di tipe kamar Three bedroom premier untuk 2 malam di harga 9mio. Fasilitas kamar, OK saja, nothing best. Dengan harga segini, lebih baik menginap di sister hotelnya (Asc*t) dengan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas lebih bagus.- Fasilitas hotel (parkiran sangat sempit, tidak nyaman). Weekend ada resiko acara pernikahan di gedung yg sama. Tidak ada priority parking khusus tamu menginap. Bisa tidak dapet parkir atau parkir pararel (resiko baret)- Restoran (sangat kecil)- Kolam renang (kecil juga)- Makanan (variety of food tidak banyak)- Piring dan Gelas kotor di kamar tidak dicucikan (I don't know if this hotel rules or the housekeeping just skipped it)- Lokasi (OK, dekat dengan pusat kota jakarta) Thanks.

When checking in, they were given room 216, it turned out to be an old room type that had not been renovated. As soon as you enter the room it feels very old and stuffy. Without thinking for a long time, I immediately asked to change rooms and was asked to pay 500 thousand rupiah for the upgrade. Room 310 has been renovated but doesn't feel well maintained. The threads on the sofa were coming out, the dining chairs were torn and the bed sheets in the twin room were smelly. In my opinion, an uneven bathroom floor is very dangerous for parents and small children. The check out process was quite long, you had to wait for housekeeping to check the rooms one by one.

When in stayed there, my hotel room was suddenly out of water. Even worse, the toilet water came out dark, nearly black. After my stay, my whole body was itchy because of the water. It would be appreciated to inform the guest beforehand, if there are any maintenance.
