The room is spacious, the wifi is strong, there are cooking utensils too The room is not soundproof, the sound from the next room can be heard, especially when playing music using speakers, it can be heard clearly,,, Well, it was raining that night, there happened to be a leak in the room, when I complained, they thought they would check it, but they just added a doormat,,,,

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very aesthetic and clean, each room is provided with AC huhu so cool even though usually the mezzanine model is only 2/1. It's a winner!

The location is very strategic, access to tourist attractions in the city center is close, close to shopping centers, all staff are friendly and greet everyone. The suitcase was helped to be brought into the room. The car was also helped to park. Overall, I am very satisfied staying here. I am happy, my parents are happy, my children are happy. The place is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very complete, it helps a lot when preparing sahur with family. Snacks are given when checking in and checking out. Recommended to bring your family to stay here again 😁 thank you ohana

Had a bad experience at this hotel, especially with the breakfast. If we hadn't been reminded about breakfast, they probably wouldn't have served it until we checked out. Floats were also limited, so when we borrowed them, they were all gone. It would be better if each room was provided with floats, or at least asked when checking in, especially when you know there are small children. The tissue in the bathroom was too far from the toilet. For the room, it was okay, there was a smart TV, and the plus was that we were given lots of condiments, like ice cream, noodles, and snacks. But the bad experience at breakfast, so it ruined the initially very good assessment, so it seemed unprofessional.

Hotel slippers for 1 room only got 2 pairs even though there were 4 people. The sheets were dirty as if they had never been changed. There were 2 cockroaches in the room. The bathroom roof was leaking so people had to come in for service even though it was fixed quickly. The water heater wasn't working so we didn't get hot water. So bad

It's been my wishlist since I last went to Jogja last year, and finally I was able to stay here when I went to Jogja again this January, and it was as expected, the place was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children, very free, especially since there was a private pool, the kids really liked it, if possible, I suggest adding a mirror and a small table for the room above 😁 Apart from that, my family and I were very satisfied, when I checked out I got 1 box of cake and a discount voucher for my next stay, hopefully I'll have the good fortune to go to Jogja again and stay at Ohana again 😇 thanks Ohana 🥰 oh yeah, the man who is often there at the front is also very kind and helpful,

It was really fun and comfortable to stay here, the staff are friendly, it's close to the city center, the parking is safe, when I got home I was given a surprise in the form of a cute and delicious cake, basically it was really fun to staycation here 💞💞💞

It can be an option for families with children, because when we are tired from traveling, when we arrive at the place we can rest and the children can play in the pool However, in my opinion, the cleanliness of the room is lacking because some parts such as the pool still have food wrappers, the walls look like there are gray parts The reception staff are not as friendly as in my previous accommodation, even though they are women, the security guards and cleaning staff are friendly. But the location is close to the city, hopefully with my review it can be improved for the better.

My first impression was not comfortable when I entered the room. The mattress was not clean and used by other people. Finally we looked for another hotel that was more comfortable and convenient. Because we bought it from Traveloka and couldn't cancel it.
