Kamar di lantai 3 akses lift gak dikasih, lampu lorong mati, dan handuk di kasih yang sobek, karena adanya ya cuma itu. Gak akan nginep sini lagi, harga murah dan memang murahan.

The entire place was clean and I liked much the room, except the wifi. I complained about it but nothing was done. I did not get what I have paid for.

Check-in is easy, in the city center but the TV has no broadcast, only 1 towel has holes in it, the room doesn't smell good, bottled mineral water is not available.

Facilities (for example, the bathtub can't be used) and the most unlucky thing is that it gets charged 100 thousand, because the bathtub got hit by water, even though it wasn't used at all, the plan is to give tips to the reception staff, it's like looking for an error, he said "why is the bathtub used, madam", then why was there written a bathtub facility if it couldn't be used, and there wasn't any information from the beginning what facilities couldn't be used, playing with the charger itself, the water was cloudy brown, hopefully there will be changes in the future, tonight- at 12 o'clock at night suddenly the lights went out, it's really bad, I've brought my parents, suddenly the lights went out, I had to change rooms again at night. Not anymore.

The parking lot is cramped, and the room smells like dust. Should need to be cleaned every day at least 2 days, so that guests can be comfortable.

The staff is not agile, electricity tokens run out. When I asked for the wifi password, it was clear that the writing was wrong. The password was dblang on my cellphone, which didn't work. When you enter, you are not given a towel, toothpaste and soap. The next day it was only given after I bought my own towel. The room is dirty, the blanket has ants until my body itches when bitten by ants.

Very, very unpleasant, hard mattress like sleeping on a rock, all body aches, plus the bathroom is dirty, the shower is broken, can't be used, the bathtub is also not there, forced to take a shower under the faucet, even though I complained but only in just look, it's best to stay here.

The inn is positioned a bit deep, it could be an added point for those who don't like noise. From the inn out of the highway about 300 m. If you want the mall, you can go to Deli Park and the Antigen Place is also close (for those who travel by plane). The inn has an elevator. Only when it rains the lift is turned off. Not bad for staying on the top floor. The parking lot is quite big. Clean overall. Only the bathroom is a bit clogged with water drainage. And the good thing is that it's not allowed to smoke in the room, and from the start there was a warning No smoking.

This hotel has good rooms, it's just that the staff on duty is not agile, and unprofessional. And this hotel wants to go out and the pager is closed, sometimes there are guards, sometimes we open and close the pager ourselves, even though we pay. Well for the room side okay. For staff who work just not okay.

The location is strategic, the environment is quiet so it's comfortable to want to rest. There is also an elevator so if you bring parents and children, you don't have to bother going up stairs. The rooms are spacious and clean. Recommended 👍.
