I highly recommend Papillon Hotel. It's affordable and for those who are on a budget, highly recommended! The rooms are minimalist in design and clean (there's also a table and shelves to put your things in+hooks to hang clothes), the double bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean (shampoo and bath liquid soap provided+hot showers available+you get towels too), there's a TV (the images need adjusting, though, but didn't watch TV much so it wasn't my priority) and all this includes a nice traditional soto breakfast! The staff and security guards were so friendly too. Location? strategic and close to the city centre.
