Check in was seamless, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location can be confusing to find at first, but once you get in, it's super worth it. Best view, especially in the morning during the sunrise. This homestay has a common kitchen, and provides your room with a private mini fridge. Huge balcony to relax in. Room was in a good & clean condition.

The room was not as advertised and when I complained the staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and unkind. The suggestion was we move rooms to another room which was the same but downstairs and on the main thoroughfare. I was asked by various members of staff, some of whom were presumably management to repeat my complaint over and over during the course of the day. It's also miles away from anything and charges way over the going rate for a scooter. I complained to website who weren't much help and we moved the next morning packing up yet again and hauling a toddler around. We just wanted to relax. Very disappointing.
