The hotel is clean, the alternative room options (because the room I booked was full) are quite good with a view that suits my needs. The swimming pool is clean, towels are provided for each visitor and room occupant, and the changing bathroom is clean. It's just that public transportation (online car and motorcycle taxis) in the morning at dawn are not available from the direction of the hotel exit, but the security guard is helpful in helping to take you to the highway. On foot, for 24 hours, around there are large supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants because it is in the same area as the rest area. Next time I can stay there again.

After a tiring trip to the hotel early in the morning, I was informed that the elevator was broken (again and again) so I had to climb 3 floors of stairs. There was no bellboy, the FO staff also had no initiative at all to help carry my suitcase, a 3-star hotel that feels like a budget hotel.

cold air conditioner, comfortable, the toilet is also clean, not smelly and not stuffy, close to minimarkets and toll gates. when you first enter the room it smells really stuffy of cigarettes, opening the window also makes it even more stuffy, even the sheets also smell of cigarettes so they stick to your clothes, the smell is like the sheets haven't been changed, just a suggestion is better to use air freshener so when you enter it doesn't smell of cigarettes and many of the TV channels are blurry so it's not clear to watch.

The room size is quite big, the bathroom is not very clean, the AC is cold, the room is soundproof, it's just a shame there is no electricity, but there is a dispenser outside the room so if you want to drink hot water you can get it from the dispenser, the WiFi signal is not good, it stutters so it can't be used. The WiFi signal is not good, the food is quite good

Overall hospitality good, but from the beginning of check in, there was a hole in the sheet on the mattress from a cigarette butt, maybe later you can check the sheet first to see if it is suitable for use again or not. Thank you very much to Front Office for compensating me for waiting for half an hour, but its okay
