It was good value for the price. If you wanna staycation, I won't recommend this hotel. If you just for sleep, all good with minimum comfort. Strategic place, bed OK, bathroom exhaust fan broken. Room not soundproof.

All the time if my friend or family coming I always book to this hotel as the location is perfect for all my favorite best destinations.

This was happened while we are on the downstairs and prepare to leaved the hotel. The first housekeeping team took our towel and pillow cover partially without anyone else knowing they already took the towel and pillow cases. Then suddenly came the 2nd housekeeping and while we check out the 2nd housekeeping said that we brought the towel and pillow cover and the reception kept us until the towel and the pillow cases found or we had to change the towels and pillow cases. So we need to unpack our 2 suitcases to prove we didn't steal towels and pillow cases, the horrible thing is we packed our stuff in the suitcaseand using vaccume to reduce our volume. Not long after that, housekeeping came and confirmed that the towels and pillowcases had been found. The problems are: 1. They accused us of steeling towels and pillow cases without coordinating with their housekeeping and blame the guests. 2. Unpacking the vacuum packed suitcases was a troublesome job and we had to start over again from the beginning and this unpacking was done in the reception area where many people could see it.

I recently stayed at this hotel only for a weekend staycation. Pressure water pressure was very slow, and there were no toiletries provided in the room. I was also disturbed by people talking loudly and smoking right outside my door. The noise from the bar next to the hotel made it hard to sleep, and I noticed a stain on the bed sheet, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an average stay with some room for improvement. What do you expect from a hotel with this price?

My 2nd time staying at this hotel. I like the room because it 's cosy and hot water is good. I will come back to this hotel.
