Because check in is only possible at 8 pm, we ended up getting a room on the lower floor and didn't get a view (the upper rooms were already full). The cleanliness of the room was pretty good, but the blanket seemed to be rarely washed. The bathroom ceiling was rotten and should be replaced, and the bathroom was a bit lacking in cleanliness. There were no towels provided here. The water heater worked very well

everything is good, actually all the staff are very friendly.. it's just that when I wanted to check in at 14.00, the staff was not there, it was quite a wait of almost 30 minutes... hopefully in the future, if possible, the staff will be more confident so that if someone leaves, there will be someone to replace the guard..
but it's still safe and the superior room type is still recommended..

With a price of almost 400 thousand, it's really not worth it, the building is separate from the one in the photo, like the 50 thousand room, the mattress has lots of mites so it's scratchy and has bumps, the electricity is off and on, the TV doesn't work, the bathroom shower is broken, there's little hot water. , the bathroom door can't be closed, the room is really hot, the app has never had bad reviews, this is the first time I'm really sad, I'm so tired of getting it all over.

Next time, put plastic on the trash can. Wipe the mattress and dressing table so they don't get dusty. Doesn't it look like the blanket hasn't been replaced? Oh, please, replace the entire set on the mattress. Thank you.

A bit surprised that the room is connected to the rides. I thought it was in the hotel but it turned out that the room was quite far away. The room was a bit smelly and dusty. There were even a lot of spider webs still stuck to the walls. It seemed like it hadn't been occupied for a long time. When I first arrived, the room smelled of the toilet. I even sprayed perfume. It's a bit scary when it's dark at night. There's no view in front of the room. Only chairs and neighboring tiles. There's no AC. The water heater is a bit malfunctioning. Very sad. The parking lot when I want to check out is full of ride visitors. It's difficult to get out when I want to go home. Hopefully it can be fixed in the future 🙏🏻.

Tidak sesuai ekspektasi. Hotel cuma jual foto. Di keterangan ada AC. Tapi sampai lokasi AC gak ada. Di foto view-nya masya Allah. Sampai lokasi tidak sesuai sekali. Waktu tanya ke resepsionis jawabannya cuek dan malahan smbil main hp. Udah cukup sekali saja nginap disni. Water heater (pemanas air bikin kopi) juga gak ada. Cuma ada air mineral dan handuk. Sprei dan selimut tidak wangi. Kebersihan lingkungan kamar juga kurang diperhatikan sekali.
