For premium rooms, no complaints. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Hot water works well, unfortunately the water provided is only 2 small bottles so you have to buy more because it is definitely not enough

I apologize for just a criticism & suggestion for the management of redhorzs to immediately improve its service because we as guests feel dissatisfied with the less than the best service at the hotel and the quality that does not provide us with comfort at the hotel where in the hotel because we really feel uncomfortable there is a small child who is left screaming and crying in front of the hotel room where we are staying. Hopefully in the future the redhorzs hotel can provide the best service for guests

The location is far from the toll road, the access road is narrow, the staff is not friendly, the model is still leaving the ID card, it's rustic. The room is quite clean because it is still new.

Saya hampir sering cek in di sini. Saya sudah ga mau menginap di sini lagi. 1. Karyawan seperti preman yang tida ada atitut. 2. Saya tida merasa meroko dan saya juga bukan peroko tapi saya di sangka ngeroko di dalam kamar sedangkan tida ada bukti ngeroko. Dan saya di denda 200 rb saya pinta setruk nya tapi tida ada. 3. Di saat jam 10:38 listrik di matikan oleh petugas nya itu tanda di mana harus co. Kenapa harus di matikan yah? Kenapa tida mengetok pintu nya saja. Pas cek in padahal sudah di kasih tau co di jam 12:00 kenapa jam 10:38 listrik di matikan. Aneh saya sudah bayar tapi listrik nya di matin. 4. Tv di kamar tida nyala. Dan linen tida di ganti kotor dan bau apek seperti berapa mingu tida di ganti. Mungkin ini telakhir saya menginap di hotel tersebut. Mungkin sama owner nya bisa di edukasi untuk semua staf. Biar ke depan nya lebih baik. Saya sangat kecewa berat?

Untuk lokasi pertama yang saya datengin salah. Hotel ini dah pindah ke deket pasar sekitar 5 km dari hotel yang saya datangin. Untuk kamarnya bersih. Internet Tv dah ok. Segera lakukan perubahan lokasi agar tidak tersasar lagi.

Sorry, the room is a bit stuffy, maybe because there are no windows, then when the power went out for a long time the officer called and didn't answer. Maybe you haven't used a generator or something so when the electricity goes out in the hot room, the AC goes off and there are no windows.
