Highly not recommended for those who bring family, just checked in and there was a problem, the room could not be opened, the TV was broken, the sheets were not clean, lastly the water was off and there was not a single staff that could be contacted even though there was a number to contact. Unfortunately I did not have time to take pictures of all the unpleasant things. 😔😔

When I wanted to check in, they said the rooms were full, even though I had clearly booked and paid in full through Traveloka. They wanted to give me a simple room without AC. As a result, I didn't end up staying here. The service is really bad. For Traveloka, please blacklist this hotel.

extraordinary for budget under 200k. we extend until 5 nights here. and we will come back . the location nearby the center of kuta. the room is comfortable and we have refrigator and safe box inside. if you want to change the bed cover and refill the soap you must tell them unless they will not change it

The application should have breakfast but the fact is not there and the hotel said the restaurant was closed for a long time, knowing that for me the backpaker is expensive if I knew earlier maybe I would not be safe asking for this hotel, and there is no change for meals, please online back so as not to harm the customer

Nice and clean room, hotel location so strategic. You can enjoy jalan legian easily. The staff quite cooperative even had a bit miss communication while check in. And please improve the taste of your breakfast, overall is good hotel to stay.

Phone number is not active. Smelly / musty towels. The swimming pool cannot be used starting in the morning, it can only be at 10 noon. Breakfast is too simple, try fried rice but it tastes less. There is a fruit package on the breakfast menu, but the fruit hasn't been bought, so it's not there, hiks.

Not as expected, from the beginning before ordering via the Traveloka Site I called the hotel first. To make sure the connecting room and floor are on the floor. 2. After my call, I immediately ordered, after the message I called the hotel again to reconfirm. It turned out that when it arrived there everything was not as expected, nothing was fulfilled. he said there was an error in the system. I got rooms on floors 3,301 and 302. The rooms were not connekting either, and even then after a lot of negotiations that were poor. The previous one would like to be told a room downstairs in front of the pool. The reason is that the upstairs rooms are full. I was forced to accept rooms 301 and 302 because the room I wanted was said to have been filled with someone else. the water in the bathroom is slow, the shower takes longer, the floor of the room is still dirty (I don't complain, there are see brooms and mops near the room, do it yourself). Room 301, the blanket is only cloth, there is no dacron at all, all the bantul is rather smelly. television channels are blurry, can't be seen. Okay WiFi AC 302 cold, fridge 302 cold. 301 there is no fridge, AC 301 is not cold. And strangely before, I asked for an early check-in of 1 hour, it wasn't allowed, the reason was the room wasn't ready, even though the room had finished cleaning, because I was invited to go see the room to choose. But if Caucasians who come ask for an early check-in, they can enter immediately. Because at the same time there are Caucasian check-ins who can directly enter. Finally I was allowed to check in too. A small hotel access road, right for one car, if there is a motorcycle, someone must budge. I hope the future of the hotel will be better. Thanks.
