The AC was not cold and right before checking out the AC turned off.

There are no TV channels because it uses a satellite dish. The room smells musty and has lots of sawang. Remote location far from anywhere. The hot water shower doesn't work.

Basically, I don't regret staying here. The service from arrival to check out was polite and friendly. The place is comfortable and far from noise. Please continue to improve and maintain it.

The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, the room is cool, the size is like a regular room, the bathroom is also clean. The location may not be in the city center but it's worth it. 10/10 will come back again if I go to Solo

The room is always clean, and not cramped. Every time I go to Solo, I always stay here now.

The location is quite far from the main road. Clean rooms, calm atmosphere, friendly staff.

Bring the elderly and ask for it on the 1st floor (it has been written in a note and I have asked the online agent's CS to confirm it to the hotel) but they don't pay attention and are given the 2nd floor for various reasons. So grandfathers are forced to have difficulty climbing the stairs. The rooms are spacious, clean, cold AC, strong hot water.

The AC runs out of freon and lacks maintenance. TV channels are not good. The plus point is that the shower functions well.

Hotel bintang 2 lumayan bagus karena bangunan baru, saya sewa 2 kamar, setelah masuk kamar fasilitas yang tersedia ada TV dan wifi, disediakan 2 botol air mineral per kamar, tidak tersedia teko untuk membuat minuman hangat, gelas bisa pinjam di resepsionis, kamar mandi kebersihannya kurang, awalnya saya kaget ini handuk atau pel, karena handuknya sudah tidak layak pakai dan ditaruh di atas tempat tidur plus odol sikat giginya, tapi memang untuk bintang 2 kita tidak bisa menuntut lebih untuk hal itu, memang harus bawa sendiri, kasur bantal masih nyaman walau sprei nya kurang bersih menurut saya, yang membuat kurang nyaman lagi adalah kamar tidak kedap sehingga berisik di luar terdengar jelas di kamar, saran saya untuk bagian resepsionis bila ngobrol dan gurau tertawa lepas jangan terlalu keras apalagi saat jam istirahat malam hari para tamu, belum lagi suara pegawai lagi gelindingin galon air mineral malam hari, mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya karena bagaimamapun juga kenyamanan tamu tetap lebih diutamakan ya.
