Lots of cockroaches on the floor of the room, on the table, in the bathroom….

there are small cockroaches in the room, until my friend can't sleep, the room walls need to be repainted so that they look clean, actually the room is just right, clean towels, clean blankets and pillow cases, clean floors, the bathroom needs to be brushed or use vixal so that it looks clean again, and the food turns out to be box rice and all the flour chicken wings, not very tasty, and the soup/stir-fried vegetables are not suitable... that's all the suggestions and criticisms, hopefully it can be more positive input and the hotel hopefully prioritizes the cleanliness of the stairs and walls

Got it in room 304 on the 3rd floor, so far for a two night stay it's not bad, the AC takes a long time to cool, just suggest repairing the bathroom door + adding air freshener

Sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini. Kamar yang di tengah enak, tapi yang dipinggir jalan, tolong tirai diganti, jangan roller blind, karena ada celah-celah. Lain kali akan tetap menginap di sini, karena memang nyaman.

Untuk menginap sementara sekeluarga ng masalah, saran untuk yang mau nginap di sini bawa alat mandi sendiri bantal dan selimut sendiri. Ac dingin, staff ramah, handuk bersih masih bau laundry.

Pelayanannya cukup memuaskan. Tapi sayang, tempatnya kurang bersih. Sepreynya sepertinya belum diganti karena kotor dan berminyak. Lantainya juga berdebu. Semoga ke depannya Bisa lebih baik lagi 🙏.
