Overall quite satisfied, according to the price. However, there is a discrepancy in the service because in the room there is a food menu that can be ordered until 21.30. However, when staying on October 22, 2024 and trying to order at 19.00, it turned out that the eatery was no longer operating at night. Please update the information immediately

The plus points: the room is spacious and clean with such an affordable price. The windows are big. The bathroom is clean, the blanket is thick, good. The minus points, there are no plugs near the bed, plugging in behind the TV is difficult and the one near the on and off lights is high so you have to use a chair with the TV, there are often timers so it's annoying😅. For the service and receptionist, they are okay, very helpful, not indifferent, fast response👍🏻🙏🏻

Initially booked a family room, but the room was separated in the corner of the hotel right in front of the road, so it was quite noisy. And on the first day the room's AC was not cold, there were lots of small ants that made it itchy on the mattress & walls, I complained to the staff several times, asked to move rooms unfortunately it couldn't be done that day, it was only processed the next day. On the D-day the staff came to clean the mattress that had lots of ants. Finally moved to a deluxe room on the 3rd floor and honestly the room was much better than the family room. The AC was cold, the atmosphere was also more comfortable and not noisy hehe. The staff were friendly, although in my opinion the service was a bit slow, maybe because there were not enough people. Overall I was quite satisfied staying here, and next time God willing if I go to Tasikmalaya I will stay here again because the price is cheap 🤭😁 thank you 🙏🏻.

The hotel is totally clean, like staying in a 4 star hotel, very comfortable, friendly, there is a place to relax. If you go to Tasik it will be your first choice, very satisfied.

Recommended. Clean, comfortable place, friendly receptionist, okay TV, cold AC, clean bathroom, okay warm and cold water in the bathroom. Strategically close to the city center.
