I stayed with my wife, we checked in at night because we had just arrived from Jakarta, the next day we went around the city of Malang and we returned to the hotel before check out time, after we checked out we left the hotel, after 5 hours the wife forgot she had 3 clothes in the closet, the wife called the hotel, the hotel would confirm by WA, in the morning because there was no WA from the hotel we went to the hotel, we went to the hotel to meet the receptionist and our items left behind were only 2 clothes, because we were lazy to ask further we finally gave up the clothes.

I love to stay here. The room is spacious and clean (just like as I requested in the booking form), the breakfast is fine, although there aren't many variation but it is quite enough for making our tummy satisfied. I ordered some room service menu, the taste is really really tasty 👌. The cleaning servive also always clean up our room everyday. All the staffs are friendly, have a good manner, also helpful. In summary, regents park hotel has a very nice hospitality. Thank you 🙏

Everything looks old and rusty but the amenities are clean. The worst part was the room so hot, even the hallway is cooler than inside the room. The breakfast was terrible both in variety and taste. The people are nice though and location is quite good.

The staff were helpful as usual and the small swimming pool is nice. But the main hassle is you cannot open the windows and in one room we had the AC was never sufficiently cool. It was cooler outside than in our room. An open window would have made a big difference.
